May 29: Oilers re-sign right winger Ryan Jones to a two year, $3 million contract.  Jones, who could have become an unrestricted free agent on July 1, scored 18-7-25 with 34 PIM in 81 games with Edmonton last season.

Apr. 28: Oilers sign centre Anton Lander to a three-year NHL entry level contract.  Lander, the Oilers' second round pick (40th overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, scored 11-15-26 with 38 PIM in 49 games with Timra of the Swedish Elite League.
Apr. 25: Oilers sign defenceman Martin Marincin to a three-year NHL entry level contract.  Marincin, the Oilers' second round pick (46th overall) in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, scored 14-42-56 with 65 PIM in 67 games with Prince George of the Western Hockey League.  He added 1-4-5 with six PIM in four playoff games.
Apr. 21: Oilers sign right-winger Cameron Abney to a three-year NHL entry level contract.  Abney, the Oilers' third round pick (82nd overall) in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, scored 7-13-20 with 72 PIM in 60 games with Edmonton of the Western Hockey League.  He added 1-0-1 with six PIM in four playoff games.
Apr. 18: Oilers sign left-winger Curtis Hamilton to a three-year NHL entry level contract.  Hamilton, the Oilers second round pick (48th overall) in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, scored 26-56-82 with 22 PIM in 62 regular season games with Saskatoon of the Western Hockey League, and added 4-7-11 in 10 playoff games.
Apr. 13: Oilers sign centre Tyler Pitlick to a three-year NHL Entry Level contract.  Pitlick, the Oilers second round pick (31st overall) in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, scored 27-35-62 with 31 PIM in 56 games with the Medicine Hat Tigers of the Western Hockey League this season.
Apr. 10: Oilers assign forwards Linus Omark, Chris Vande Velde, Ryan O’Marra and Teemu Hartikainen and defenceman Jeff Petry to Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League.
Apr. 1: Oilers sign right-winger Mark Arcobello to a two-year NHL entry level contract.  Arcobello scored 7-13-20 with 10 PIM in 33 games with Stockton  of the ECHL, and added 9-7-16 in 22 games with Oklahoma City of the AHL.

Mar. 31: Oilers sign free agent left-winger Hunter Tremblay to a one-year, two-way contract.  Tremblay scored 25-32-57 with 12 PIM in 27 games with the University of New Brunswick this season.
Mar. 30: Oilers sign goaltender Olivier Roy to a three-year NHL entry level contract.  Roy, the Oilers 5th round pick (133rd overall) in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, has a record of 29-13-2 record with a 2.79 GAA and a .911 save percentage in 45 games with Acadie-Bathurst of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League this season.
Mar. 23: Oilers re-assign left-winger Alexandre Giroux to Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League.
Mar. 19 Oilers sign free agent forward Tanner House to a two-year contract.  House scored 10-25-35 with 56 PIM in 35 games with  the University of Maine.
Mar. 17: Oilers recall centres Chris Vande Velde and Ryan O’Marra and left-winger Alexandre Giroux from Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League.

O’Marra has scored 2-20-22 with 49 PIM in 53 games with Oklahoma City this year.  The has added 1-2-3 with 2 PIM in 9 games with Edmonton.

Vande Velde has scored (12-4-16 with and 45 PIM in 67 games this season with the Barons.

Giroux has scored 29-38-67 with  59 PIM in 63 games with Oklahoma City, and has added 1-1-2 in four games with Edmonton.

Mar. 14: Oilers recall left-winger Teemu Hartikainen from the Oklahoma City Barons and  re-assign centre 
Alexandre Giroux to the Barons.  Hartikainen has scored 17-25-42 with 27 PIM in 66 games with Oklahoma City this season.
Mar. 10: Oilers recall defenceman Jeff Petry from the Oklahoma City Barons and re-assign defenceman Alex Plante to the Barons.
Mar. 8: Oilers sign free agent defenceman Taylor Fedun to a two-year contract.  Fedun scored 10-12-22 with 38 PIM in 29 games with Princeton the ECAC this season.  He will report to Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League.
Mar. 5: Oilers recall forward Alexandre Giroux from Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League.  Giroux, Oklahoma's leading scorer, has scored 29-36-65 with 57 PIM in 61 games this season.
Mar. 4: Oilers recall defenseman Alex Plante from Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League and assign goaltender Martin Gerber and defenseman Richard Petiot to Oklahoma City.  Plante has scored 1-10-11 with 112 PIM in 57 games with Oklahoma City this season.
Mar. 1: Oilers recall defenseman Richard Petiot from Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League.  Petiot has scored 0-13-12 with 34 PIM in 46 games this season.

Oilers acquire defenseman Colten Teubert, a 1st round pick in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft and a conditional 3rd round pick in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft from the Los Angeles Kings in exchange for left winger Dustin Penner.

Teubert, the King's 1st round pick (13th overall) in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft, has scored 2-8-10 with 57 PIM in 39 games with Manchester of the American Hockey League this season.

Penner had scored 21-18-39 with 45 PIM in 62 games with the Oilers this season.

Feb. 28: Oilers acquire defenceman Kevin Montgomery from the Colorado Avalanche in exchange for defenceman Shawn Belle.  Montgomery, Colorado's 4th round pick (110th overall) in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft, has scored 2-17-19 with 34 PIM in 51 games with Lake Erie of the American Hockey League this season.
Feb. 25: Oilers recall goaltender Martin Gerber from the Oklahoma City Barons of the American Hockey League.
Feb. 21: Defenceman Sheldon Souray clears waivers.  He will likely remain with Hershey of the American Hockey League for the remainder of this season, and have the remainder of his contract bought out in the summer.
Feb. 19: Oilers place defenceman Sheldon Souray on re-entry waivers.  If another team claims him, the Oilers will have to pay half of Souray's remaining salary for this season as well as 2011-12.
Feb. 14: Oilers re-assign defenceman Jeff Petry to the Oklahoma City Barons of the American Hockey League and recall defenceman Taylor Chorney.
Feb. 2: Left winger Zack Stortini clears waivers and has been re-assigned to Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League.
Feb. 1: Oilers place left winger Zack Stortini on waivers.  If he is not claimed by another NHL team in the next 24 hours, Stortini will be re-assigned to Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League.  This season, Stortini has scored 0-4-4 with 76 PIM in 32 games.
